VIP Application Terms and Conditions of Use

Preamble

These conditions govern the use of the VIP application (hereinafter "the Application"), published by SAS HandiPark, the purpose of which is to enable users, in particular people with reduced mobility and their carers, to find suitable parking spaces.

1. Acceptance of Conditions

By downloading or using the Application, you accept these terms of use in their entirety. If you do not agree with these conditions, you must not use the Application.

2. Service description

The VIP Application enables users to search, locate and share information on parking spaces adapted for people with reduced mobility.

3. Using the Application

3.1 The Application is accessible to people with reduced mobility and their carers.

3.2 Users undertake not to use the Application for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

4. User contributions

4.1 Users can contribute to the Application by declaring new parking spaces and sharing photos.

4.2 We make every effort to moderate and validate photos taken by users. However, SAS HandiPark cannot guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy or reliability of information provided by users.

5. Liability

5.1 SAS HandiPark cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the information available on the Application.

5.2 The Application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

6. Modification of the Conditions

SAS HandiPark reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. The most recent version of the conditions will always be available on the Application.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution shall be settled by the French courts.
